I am responsible for Vision, hearing, height, weight, scoliosis screening, and immunizations.

I will be asking you for immunizations from time to time when they are required for your child. If you receive an immunization from your Dr. or the Health Dept. please send a copy of the immunization to me. I appreciate it greatly.

From time to time I will also call on you to help with checking your children for headlice. If we have an outbreak I will ask for your help in stopping it. I will be checking the classes from time to time just as a precaution.

I will also be going into the classroom to talk to the children about assorted health topics (teethbrushing, hygiene, handwashing, safety, etc.) If you have anything you wish for me to discuss, please let me know and I will try to cover it.

The first week of school during Health Topics we will discuss handwashing.
