 The following expectations are prioritized according to the participants and needs of that particular season:
* An overabundance of patience and positive attitude
* Interest in the academic development
* Ability to motivate youth with creativity, enthusiasm, and moral leadership
* Ability to communicate with youth, coaches, administrators, officials, and parents
* Planning and organizational skills necessary for practice and game situations
* Interest in the athletic development, safety and well-being of all participants
* Ability to teach youth as many baseball related concepts as possible
* Ability to teach players life skills and good working habits for their future as productive citizens
* Develop a Man of Character
Team Rules:
1. Do not embarrass the program on or off the field.
2. If a player quits, he will not be allowed back in the program
3. Take care of your business in the classroom first. Your education is the most important thing.
4. Treat your teammates, coaches, teachers, school personnell, ummpires, and opponents respectfully.
Consequences:
1st Offense- 20 poles per violation and a 1 game suspension.
2nd Offense- 40 poles per violation and a 2 game suspension
3rd offense- removal from program
* Players will not be allowed to play until all poles are run.
* Failure to comply with these rules mean that you choose not to be a part of the winning tradition at Jim Ned HS
